Kiwanis Food Bank needs donations

More and more families in Sisters rely on help from the Kiwanis Food Bank – and the pantry is running low. According to Shirley Lalli of Kiwanis, the food bank is about $9,000 behind in donations from where it was last year. Click here to see the rest of the story in the Nugget.

City to celebrate Fir Street Park

The City of Sisters will celebrate the opening of its newest park on Saturday, September 27, from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Activities will include a dedication ceremony, entertainment from a local dance troupe, live music by The Anvil Blasters and a barbecue.
